Hi! I am so excited to make your cake and so thankful you chose Lala’s. Please carefully read these notes before filling out the order form.
ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED BASED ON AVAILABILITY. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS REGARDING WHETHER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED OR NOT. TO CHECK IN ADVNCACE THAT YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE, SEND A DM TO @LALASCAKES (I TYPICALLY REPLY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS).
SCHEDULE A WEDDING CONSULT + TASTING HERE
pickups are currently in Richardson, Texas
All pickups or deliveries must be scheduled on the allotted days and timeframes as referenced on the form
All pickups must be scheduled after 6PM on weekdays or after 1PM on weekends
Changes cannot be made once you have submitted your form + deposit
There are NO refunds to any payments made, regardless of whether you cancel your cake order or not. I have very dedicated room on the calendar for cakes and your booking means that space was removed as an option for another client.
I do not place curse words, zodiac, political, sexist or racist designs on any cakes and there are no exceptions
If you do not choose a design or leave the design up to me, that gives me full creative license and no refunds will be given after delivery or pickup
I do not send pictures of my cakes in process unless we expressly discuss this in advance (for example, to confirm a color shade for you)
I do not make changes to cakes last minute or while in progress
there must be someone waiting curbside* at the allotted time for deliveries. If someone is not available to receive the cake, any losses incurred are on the client.
Tiered & wedding cakes are hand delivered by Lala’s and start at $100 and are based on setup , location and distance from Richardson
Date changes must be approved by Lala and are not guaranteed - to request a date change, please text 214-608-1161 with your name, current date and new date request
At this time, all cakes are made and decorated in my home kitchen
If no cake flavor is selected, your cake will be vanilla
Secret Menu flavors are handed out sporadically. Not every client will receive a Secret Menu at this time.
